While focusing on West St. Louis County, Chesterfield, Wildwood and the surrounding communities, Pete and Jennifer Uetrecht are passionate about creating unique and amazing experiences for every homeowner. Signature elements built into each home include Universal Design and expert exterior and interior design throughout.

While Pete focuses on the daily management and technical aspects of construction, Jennifer guides clients gracefully through the design and selection phases.

OUR TEAM

Peter Uetrecht is an experienced, 2nd generation home builder of 28 years. Pete grew up in the home building industry, working as a laborer at job sites during his middle and high school years at Chaminade. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a degree in Housing and Environmental Design, he spent 10 years working in the building industry before venturing off on his own in 1999. Pete focuses on the daily management and technical aspects of construction.

Jennifer Uetrecht is an award-winning interior designer. She works with each client from the onset, assisting with space planning, architectural and physical aspects of the structure to the home’s interior and exterior design. Jennifer guides clients through the design and selection phases to ensure a beautiful result. Bringing over 20 years of experience, her passion is to design inspiring spaces to enrich the lives of her clients.
